Liverpool and Tottenham have been asked to get rid of players to finance Philip Coutinho’s summer movement.
Brazilian musician Kutiño spent five years in Enfield, and in January 2018 he moved to Barcelona for 142 million pounds.
However, the 27-year-old tried to secure a place in the first team of Barcelona before being sent to Munich-Bavaria last summer with a loan for one season.
Cutinho is closely linked to his return to the Premier League for the next summer transfer, and former English goalkeeper Paul Robinson says he will be an asset to Liverpool and the race track.
He told the football insiders: I see him [next to] six of the biggest players in the Premier League, including Tottenham.
You could see how good he was in Liverpool, and when he went to Barca, big things were expected of him, but that didn’t work out, so he went to Bavaria.
The Premier League could be a realistic option for him. Whether at Liverpool or Tottenham, it will be a valuable asset to him wherever he is.

If you can get such a player, then you have decisions about what you have on the team. What does Jose want to work with?
When you have the opportunity to draw with a world-class player such as Kutiño, you look at the team and unload yourself in other areas to get a player of the same quality in the team.
Cutiño scored 54 goals in 201 games in a Liverpool tournament and left Enfield three years ago.
